Introduction
A team’s ability to work well together affects its performance. In a fast moving, highly competitive marketplace, good teamwork is critical to the performance of an organization. This program is a customized process and it aims to bring any team to a higher level of performance. Any team can become a better team. Phases1) Information Gathering (1 day) Facilitator talks with a cross-section of the team to gather information on: The Culture Common Challenges Strengths 2) The Teambuilding Workshop (2 days) Using experiential activities, the team is challenged to examine good teamwork. Some outcomes are: A better sense of ownership An understanding of group dynamics Team/personal action plan 3) Follow up (half day) Facilitator meets the group again to get an update on progress. Further actions, if any, will be recommended.
