Introduction

 

A team’s ability to work well together affects its performance.  In a fast moving, highly competitive marketplace, good teamwork is critical to the performance of an organization.  This program is a customized process and it aims to bring any team to a higher level of performance.  Any team can become a better team.

A high performing team will contribute to the financial returns of the business.   Creativity, innovation, customer solutions, team learning, problem solving, they all build on good teamwork.

 

Phases

1)        Information Gathering (1 day)

Facilitator talks with a cross-section of the team to gather information on:

The Culture

Common Challenges

Strengths

 

2)        The Teambuilding Workshop (2 days)

Using experiential activities, the team is challenged to examine good teamwork.  Some outcomes are:

A better sense of ownership

An understanding of group dynamics

Team/personal action plan

 

3)        Follow up (half day)

Facilitator meets the group again to get an update on progress.  Further actions, if any, will be recommended.
