Team Creativity and Innovation Laboratory

 

Introduction

 

This Program provides a practical process for creativity and innovation at both the individual and team levels.  Participants get a chance to work on their “real world” challenges or problems in the session.

 

This Program is both fun and interesting.  It is at the same time exhausting as the participants work continuously outside their usual thinking mode.

 

This Program could provide an organization with the necessary process and language to become an innovative organization.

 

Purpose

To give participants practical process, tools and techniques to create new solutions for their customers.

 

Participant will learn:

* What creative behaviors and habits are

* How to define and reframe a challenge or problem

* How to generate ideas outside the normal thinking boundaries

* How to select ideas more creatively

* To develop ideas into workable ideas

* To put ideas to work

 

Methodology

Experiential learning:  Participants learn through working on real issues.  Participants are given pre-work on the challenge/problem they want to bring to the session.
